Upon successfully completing the Transport Canada Advanced Exam, you will be required to undergo a flight review to obtain your drone pilot certificate for advanced operations. This practical evaluation is designed to assess your ability to effectively plan and conduct a drone flight.
For the flight review, you must have access to a registered drone weighing between 250g and 25kg (e.g., a DJI Mini equipped with propeller guards is suitable). If you do not own a drone, we can provide a rental for the duration of the assessment at an additional cost of $75 plus tax

Please choose the location, date and time for your evaluation from the drop-down menu above. Enter your personal details and finalize your payment to complete the reservation. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice, the location address and the flight reviewer’s contact information. If these emails do not appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find them, contact us and we will resend the necessary details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your assessment and request a refund, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, if you have registered for the “Flight Review Preparation” course, an extra fee of $109+tax will apply.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your evaluation and request a refund, a fee of $95+tax will be deducted from the refund. If you have registered for the “Flight Review Preparation” course, an additional $109+tax will be charged.
Absences Without Sufficient Notice:
If you fail to contact your instructor at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment and are absent, a fee of $135+tax will be applied.
